Return & Refund Policy

At Aura Glam, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.


Return Eligibility

Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Products that are damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include used or worn products, personal care and hygiene items such as cosmetics and skincare products, and any products marked as non-returnable during purchase.


Return Process

To initiate a return, you need to contact us with your order details. You may be asked to provide a reason for the return along with product images. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.


Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In most cases, the cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to share clear images of the product. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
